Every dining experience at London Resort is designed to delight — from the intimate breakfast service to theatrical late-night cocktails.
Our flagship restaurant, The Scarlet Room, is helmed by Executive Chef Dominic Laurent — whose eight seasons at a two-Michelin-starred Paris table have informed a cuisine of extraordinary precision and warmth. The menu changes seasonally, always anchored in the finest British produce.
The room itself is a masterwork — curved ceilings adorned with custom plasterwork, deep claret velvet seating, and a 2,500-bottle wine cellar visible through floor-to-ceiling glass.
The Amber Bar is a destination unto itself — an intimate, warmly lit salon off the main lobby where the world's finest champagnes share the stage with Head Mixologist Clara Vane's acclaimed cocktail programme.
The backlit library wall showcases over 200 labels. Private tastings and champagne masterclasses are available on request for groups of up to eight.
Named for its views over the private courtyard garden, The Garden Room is our relaxed all-day dining space — serving a breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch, and the resort's celebrated Afternoon Tea. It is the most convivial of our venues, beloved by regular guests and locals alike.
Our Afternoon Tea service — featuring three tiers of hand-crafted pastries, finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream, and a selection of artisanal loose-leaf teas — is available daily and frequently cited as among the finest in London.
Since 1998, our Afternoon Tea has been a much-anticipated tradition at London Resort. Served daily in The Garden Room from 1pm, it brings together the finest baked goods, seasonal preserves, and a curated selection of over 40 loose-leaf teas from our in-house tea sommelier.
Our Head Sommelier, James Whitlock MW, curates a cellar of over 2,500 bottles spanning premium Burgundy, Bordeaux, Italian classics, and an exceptional collection of aged Cognac and Armagnac.
Private wine tastings, guided cellar tours, and sommelier-curated dinner pairings are available on request for in-house guests and Amber Bar patrons.
